Kayaking Session #2

Sunday morning was my second session kayaking.  Neither of my teammates were able to be present so I took out a single kayak and did 5km (the actual route of the Adventure Challenge).

5km on a kayak is far!  I wasn’t wearing my heart rate monitor or a watch so I’m not too sure how long it took me, but I know that there’s a definite room for improvement.  I will be doing several drills in the gym and work on strength training.  I will post those up soon.
